Drive thousands to your sites by using PLR for eBook Syndication

I got this traffic tip from Kim Roach’s ‘Traffic Dashboard‘ course.

This is a strategy that you implement once and then you see the results pay off month after month.

What you do is take a book that you have written or have PLR to and insert your website links in that book, and then submit it to free ebook sites. (You can also compile articles you have written and turn that into a book)

According to Kim, these are the 3 main sites you will want to submit your book to (because they account for more than 90% of the traffic from ebook directories):

For every ebook you submit, you can have hundreds of visitors coming to your site.

For example, just from one ebook that Kim submitted, she got over 700 visitors the first month. Every month since then, an average of 500 visitors have been visiting her site just from that one ebook.

Imagine if you submitted just one ebook per week, you can get thousands of visitors every month!

To increase traffic to your sites, I recommend you include a promo at the end of the book that entices readers to visit your site (preferably a squeeze page). Also include a link at the very beginning of your book underneath the title.

Peace and Love,
Francis Ochoco

  1. Thanks for this tip Francis. I’d never heard of these directories before. It sounds like a great idea.

How do you determine which of these sites gets the most traffic? Is it based on Alexa rankings? I’ve always wondered how people determine which site is the best to use for different things.

Anyway, I have some new projects to work on now 8=)

Hi Bill, This is based on Kim’s experience. She’s submitted to several directories and these 3 sites were responsible for bringing in the most traffic. Regards, Francis

    Hi Francis

Do you know if there are any free App sites where something similar can be done – ie give away a free App to promote an ebook, say?

PS I like your short, simple, effective tips!

Hi Nadine, I’m glad you’re enjoying my tips. I don’t know much about free app sites but I did a quick google search and found a couple of sites that offer free apps. Sounds like a good idea though and I’ll probably look more into this in the near future. Regards, Francis

    Howdy Francis,

I really appreciate this post because it answered a nagging question for me as to which sites would be the best to submit ebooks to. I had previously obtained a list of sites to submit ebooks or software to for free traffic, but didn’t want to waste time and effort submitting to those not worth bothering with.

Now I can save time and concentrate on only submitting to the top three directories that have shown to get 90% of the traffic.

    Many thanks.
