Squidoo and Hubpages are great portals for catching the attention of more visitors, as well as building high quality back links to your site or blog.
Squidoo allows users to create one-page websites called “lenses”. On these lenses you can post articles, photos, links, lists, affiliate promotions, your own product promotions, and much more. This is a great place to use some of your PLR content too!
For best results you may want to rewrite the content before using it to make it more unique, but you could also use short segments without altering it.
Create an informative lens that shares some good tips, links for visitors to download your free PDF documents, links for people to sign up to your mailing list, blurbs about your products, and of course links back to your own website.
Hubpages works much the same way (except the web pages are called “hubs” instead of “lenses”) – but they require unique content. You cannot use PLR “as-is” on Hubpages. You need to rewrite your PLR content to make it unique.
Lenses and hubs usually get a lot of search engine love, especially if you use targeted keywords in the URL.
